David in use
David presents a traditional serif alphabet with clear stroke contrast, alongside a numeral row that looks more informal and slanted than the letters. That difference is useful to inspect before choosing it for text containing dates or quantities. Try a complete heading and a short paragraph in your intended application. Check the balance of words and figures at the actual size instead of judging the file from an alphabet-only preview.
