X Arabic shows a dense, curved Latin alphabet with decorated capitals and distinctive changes of stroke weight. That sample cannot demonstrate the file's Arabic behaviour. If Arabic text is required, test a complete phrase in a shaping-capable application and inspect direction, joining and punctuation together. For a Latin display line, check each word at the final size rather than relying on the archive name.
