Futura
Creator: Martin Holm
Futura in use
Futura presents sans-serif lettering, with unserifed strokes and a direct alphabetic structure. The most useful comparison is a real word or phrase in the composition you intend to make. Try it for a contemporary identity study. Try a generous margin before adding ornaments or additional display lettering. Compare the final line on both light and dark backgrounds before committing to a treatment.
